No. The smile quiz is a friendly starting point that points you towards the kind of treatment most people in your situation begin with. Only a specialist orthodontist can diagnose your teeth and bite and plan the right treatment, which is exactly what your complimentary Smile Assessment is for.
What happens after I finish the quiz?
You can book a complimentary Smile Assessment, which takes about twenty minutes in our Newmarket clinic or over Zoom, with no obligation. If you would rather have a full plan and an exact price up front, you can book the $390 diagnostic work up, which includes records, a written treatment plan and a fixed quote.
How much does orthodontic treatment cost in Auckland?
The first Smile Assessment is free. A full diagnostic work up with a written plan and exact quote is $390. Treatment fees are all inclusive: simple and cosmetic cases start from $7,900 and comprehensive specialist treatment from $9,900. We offer interest free payment plans and are a Southern Cross Affiliated Provider.
Do I need a referral to book?
No. You can book directly with us, you do not need a referral from a dentist. Many of our patients come to us on their own, and we are always happy to work with your dentist too.
Can I do the assessment online?
Yes. You can have your complimentary Smile Assessment in person at our Newmarket clinic, or by Zoom from home if that is easier for you.
I am on the North Shore. Can I still come to Milk?
Yes. You are very welcome at our Newmarket clinic now, and our new Albany clinic at 6-8 Munroe Lane opens in August 2026. If the North Shore is easier for you, register your interest and we will let you know the moment Albany bookings open.
